Credit Card Statements
All Card payments are processed through Shopify Payment - this method is 100% secure. you can also pay via bank transfer leaving your name / order number as a reference. When paying via credit or debit card, this will show on your statement as Be Unique London/Dani-Ella Aromas
CLEARPAY
We offer clearpay as a form of payment. Get the good you want and pay in 4 - 1 installment is due immediately the remainder balance is set over 3 remaining installments taken from your card every two weeks. Please note we do not process transactions for Clearpay. At the checkout you will be taken to the Clearpay portal to process your transaction
KLARNA
We know offer KLARNA as a payment method. Klarna offer two means of payment. Pay in 3 monthly installments - or buy now pay in 30 days both payment methods are subject to status. At the checkout you will be taken to the Klarna Portal to process your transaction.
Wax Type
All our candles are made using our own blend of wax (parrafin/soy). These waxes tend to hold the scent incredibly well and give amazing burn time.
Are Your Candles Handmade
Yes, all wax melts and candles are handmade / hand poured with LOVE
Are You CLP Compliant & Insured
Yes, All our candles and wax melt have Wax Melt Safety and CLP labelling. As we use 10% or more fragrance it is law to have your wax melt labelled. We also have full cover insurance.
Can I Return Items
Yes, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return any unused products. Return items but me sealed and in original packaging. Postage is covered by the customer. Please ensure you use a recorded service when returning items.
Do you offer sample products
Yes, all our wax melts come in sample sizes, a 1 cube sample costs £1.29 and allows you to burn the cube so you smell the scent in your home.
Warranty
Electric Burners warranty is available from us for 28 days of purchase. Should your burner be faulty you will need to report this to us as soon as possible. Suppliers usually provide a manufacturing warranty. Please check your box for details. If your burner is faulty and needs to be returned we will contact the supplier on your behalf. Please note that if the item is damaged by yourself this will not be replaced or refunded.
